SANDEN (THAILAND) CO., LTD. is committed to improve the labor standard of the company, including the quality of life of employees to have a good working environment. Keep them safe, not harmful to health and are treated fairly according to the principles of human rights and Charter as well as Conventions International Labor Organization, United Nations, International Standards and Guidelines.

       In order to fulfill such commitment in practice, the Company has adopted Standards of social responsibility for labour and business (Thailand Labour Standards - TLS 8001 - 2020) applied, and declared it a corporate social responsibility policy by stipulating guidelines for both executives and employees as follows:

1. The company will not engage in or support all forms of forced labour and will not call for collateral to work except by law exempt.
2. The company will pay wages comply with the legal minimum wage at the least. By practicing equally and meet the basic needs of employees adequately.
3. The company will comply with all applicable laws and industry standards regarding normal working hours, weekly holiday. It is the right of the employee to work overtime and working on holidays and overtime hours not exceeding 36 hours per week.
4. The Company will not engage in or support any discrimination in employment and occupation on the basis of nationality, race, color, gender, age, religion, political opinion, national extraction and social origin, language, marital status, personal attitudes about sex, disability, HIV / AIDS - related illnesses, pregnancy status, labour union membership, employee committee, or any other personal opinions.
5. The company will not obstruct, interfere, or performing any action affecting in the exercise of rights of employees that does not cause any damage to the business by following the guidelines of the law.
6. The company will not make any deduction of wages or remuneration or other benefit payable in cash from employment as prescribed by law, and will not involve and does not encourage disciplinary action that is physically or mentally harmed to employees.
7. The company preventive measures and solve the problems of employees being threatened, exposed to sexual harassment by verbal abuses, gestures, physical contact, or by any other means to prevent and end violence.
8. The company will eliminate and not support child labor under the age of 15 years.
9. The company will not allow female workers and pregnant workers or in breastfeeding to perform a hazardous work which may be harmful to health as prescribed by law, and ensure that breastfeeding breaks are allow female employees to rest counted as working hours, and do not dismiss, degrade, or reduced benefits of a pregnant worker or bullying in any other reason on ground of pregnancy.
10. The company will respect the rights of all employees who form an organization and to facilitate workers' representatives in performing various duties or performing any activities in accordance with legal guidelines.
11. The company will provide a working environment for employees to be safe and hygienic and have process to prevent accidents and injuries or other health hazards arising from work or related to work. The employees have the right to refuse to work without safety measures.
12. The company is committed to promoting occupation and labor welfare, to improve the quality of life of employees and continually improving the issues related to this standard.
13. The company will not involve or provide any support to avoid the desirable rights of employees under labor and social security regulations.
14. The company is determined to comply with the requirements of this standard. Including applicable laws and other regulations of the Company and respect for international provisions.
15. The company will communicate to employees and external stakeholders to understand and provide an opportunity for stakeholders to review and audit this guideline.
16. The company will review the adequacy, the suitability and effectiveness of the Company's policy. Regulations and performance results appropriately
